winmotor next : reference DMS for Motrio Italy
As Renault multi-make repair network, Motrio is present in more than 35 countries worldwide, and has more than 110 workshops on the Italian territory. In 2019, it has adopted winmotor next as its reference DMS, which allowed Solware Auto Italy to start the deployment within Motrio Italy network.
This Dealer Management System was designed and developed by Solware Auto. It meets the requirements of the make, especially thanks to the collaborative work between our teams and the heads of Motrio Italy network.
This DMS offers an intuitive management of the various after-sales workflows: workshop schedule, running order for the workshop, invoicing and CRM. Apart from these functional aspects, Solware Auto integrated the tools as well as all the requirements and standards of Motrio. The customization of the interface and workflow makes it therefore really easy to use for all the members of the network.
We would like to thank the pilots GMG Longhi, Autoservice Jonio, Stefanini Autoservice Multibrand and Camodeca Service, which now use a product that is completely adapted to their needs.
